Surface Preparation
1. For previously painted surfaces removed
all loose and flaking particles.
2. All previous coating of lime wash, colour
wash or powder distemper should be completely
scraped of rub thoroughly with sand paper.
3. Ensure that the surface clean and dry.
Application
1. Apply a coat of cement primer (water
or solvent thinnable)
2. Add water slowly to the distemper paste
mixing the contents thoroughly thinned to
a application consistency normally 2 parts
of water should be added 3 parts of shalimax.
3. On surface primer as above apply 2 to
3 coats by a brush roller or spray keeping
6-8 hours interval between coats.
