Shalimax cement paint is not a substitute for Paint or Distemper. It is an exterior coating made in powder form with Portland Cement as its base.

• It provides a hard, durable, waterproof surface which prevents penetration of water.
• It does not rub, flak or peel off if properly applied.
• It is hygienic and unaffected by any climatic condition.
• It is easy to use as it is to be mixed with water only once and applied straight by brush or spray.

• It is an ideal coating for exteriors of any structures like houses, factories, dairies, garages etc.
• It is available in attractive shades.

Note : Dark shades are liable to fade or fleet once recommended for interiors.

Care must be taken to see that all surfaces are free from dirt, dust lichen, algae, etc. Loose material and dirt must removed by brushing and where necessary by washing, grease, oil, oil paints, varnishes, oil bond distemper and oil-free distempers, limewash, or anything brush similar, irrespective or thickness, must be thoroughly and hosed down to remove dirt and dust. All absorbent surfaces and all surfaces in hot climatic should be saturated with clean water water and moisture allowed partially to dry off the surface before applying the first coat of SUPER PASCOCEM.

The contents of Shalimax by shaking it before opening for the first time. If any easily crushable limps are found, crush and use. Mixing with water is to be done in two stages.
First Stage
Take 1 measure of SHALIMAX Cement Paint. To it and ½ measure of water and mix so as to achieve a smooth creamy paste.
Second Stage
Allow the paste to remain in the same consistency for a short period, then add ½ measure of water slowly, stirring well. Now SHALIMAX cement paint is ready for application.
